Taylor Barton has dedicated her life to early childhood education, beginning her work in childcare at the age of fifteen. She earned her Associate's degree from Portland Community College before completing her Bachelor's degree at Concordia University. Taylor is a State of Oregon Master Trainer and has spent years working directly with children, families, and childcare professionals.

Throughout her career, Taylor has developed a passion for supporting high-quality early childhood education through professional development and training. Her experience spans both classroom and leadership roles, providing her with a practical understanding of child development, best practices, and the daily challenges faced by early childhood educators.

As both an educator and a mother of five, Taylor brings a unique perspective that combines professional expertise with real-world experience.
